Even when record draw usage is suspended, test draws are available at any time,
and your existing draw history is preserved.

Regular Cash is used for sending winner Alim Talk notifications.
- Winner Alim Talk notifications can only be sent by Draw Record corporate members, and a transmission approval process is required in advance.

so tax invoices or cash receipts are not issued.
Instead, an electronic transaction statement is provided as documentation.
If you need a transaction statement issued under a business name,
please send your business registration certificate via 1:1 Inquiry or to the customer service email (cs@bbmobile.co.kr).
Certified Draw
What is a Certified Draw?
UniPicker provides a Certified Draw service so that you can conduct an even fairer draw.
To prevent drawers from using multiple accounts to run duplicate draws,
a unique certification code is issued for each draw, guaranteeing it is the only draw among all UniPicker draws (within the last 3 months).
The certification code is recorded identically on the draw screen, the draw certificate, and the draw history page,
and is used to confirm that they are all results of the same draw.
After a Certified Draw, a draw certificate, draw screen recording video, and draw result Excel file are generated,
and the draw history is registered on the member's draw history page.
You can apply via "UniPicker App > Log In > Fair Draw > Apply for Certified Draw" menu.
How much does a Certified Draw cost?
Please click the link on the right to check the pricing information. 🔎 Service Fees
What is the difference between a Record Draw and a Certified Draw?
There is no difference in draw functionality.
The Certified Draw focuses on the "fairness" of the draw.
It issues a unique certification code that proves
the drawer did not run the draw multiple times until getting the desired result,
and provides a draw certificate proving that the draw was conducted fairly through UniPicker.
Certified Draws are commonly used for prize draws offering high-value items, real estate sale draws requiring fairness,
and various draws where sensitivity is high and complaints are a concern.
However, even without a Certified Draw, you can conduct a sufficiently fair draw through UniPicker.
For detailed information, please refer to the 🗒️ How to Conduct a Fair Draw Manual (click!).
Can I get a quote?
If you need a quote, please send a request email to cs@bbmobile.co.kr
or use the "Agency Request" menu on the UniPicker website.
(Agency Request: https://www.unipicker.com/board/agency)
Please include the type of service you want and a brief description.
I paid for a Certified Draw. How is the tax invoice issued?
The tax invoice is issued based on the business registration certificate information registered when signing up for the Draw Record.
It will be sent to the contact person's email entered when applying for the Certified Draw.
If you wish to receive it at a different email address, please send an email to cs@bbmobile.co.kr
or use UniPicker Program > Customer Service > 1:1 Inquiry!
Can a certification code be reused?
A certification code can only be used once and cannot be reused.
You can run a "test draw" before the actual draw, so please make sure to run sufficient tests.
Tests should be conducted on the PC where the actual draw will take place.
Before the actual draw, verify that the test results match your intended draw setup, the draw video records properly, and all files download correctly.
Can I pay for Certified Draws on a monthly basis?
UniPicker Certified Draw fees are priced per draw.
A unique certification code is assigned for each draw,
so the price increases based on the number of draws.
If you plan to use the service long-term and wish to pay for multiple draws at once,
please call 1666-2370 or use UniPicker Program > Customer Service > 1:1 Inquiry!
Draw Record
What is the Draw Record?
The Draw Record is a policy that discloses the drawer's draw history to prevent drawers from
repeating draws until they get the intended result when using UniPicker software.
- All members who have signed up for UniPicker can join the Draw Record.
- A unique draw history page URL is provided for each Draw Record member. (Cannot be changed once created)
- The draw history page URL and title cannot be arbitrarily modified.
- Members must disclose the draw history page URL to entrants when announcing winners.
- Members must prepare entrant information and draw settings fairly when conducting record draws.
- Draw Record members can prove that the draw was conducted fairly without duplicate draws by sharing their draw history page URL with entrants.
- By disclosing the draw date and time and the Draw Record URL to entrants in advance, you can run an even fairer draw.
- After withdrawing membership, you cannot use the same draw history page URL and title.
- Draw history records are retained for 2 years and cannot be deleted.
What is the draw history page title?
It is the title of the webpage where your draw history is recorded.
The draw history page title is displayed in the format 'OOO Draw History'.
Example)

If you signed up as an individual member, the title is automatically set to the name entered during sign-up.
To change your name, go to the upper right corner Name > 'My Info' menu after logging in.
📌 Note: Individual members cannot use company names, organization names, brand names, or real estate-related names.
If you sign up as a corporate member, the title is fixed to the company name.
If a change is unavoidable, please request via Customer Service or 1:1 Inquiry.
What is the URL ID when applying for the Draw Record?
The draw history page URL is a unique webpage address for each member
where their 'record draws' are recorded.
The URL ID is a unique value used to create the draw history webpage address.
You can freely compose it using letters or numbers.
- Example
If you enter "unipicker" as the URL ID,
your draw history webpage address will be http://history.unipicker.com/unipicker.
I can't enter the URL ID when applying for the Draw Record.
The Draw Record URL ID only accepts letters and numbers.
If letters cannot be entered, please check if the keyboard language is set to English
and try again.
What documents are needed to join the Draw Record as a corporate member?
If you wish to join the Draw Record as a corporate member,
you will need the company's business registration certificate (or unique number certificate) and a certificate of employment (or business card) of the applicant.
Please upload them as image files.
How long does Draw Record approval take?
Draw Record approval is processed in real-time during business hours (weekdays 09:00–18:00).
Approval is usually completed within 1–2 hours.
If weekends or public holidays are included, it may take up to 5 days depending on the holiday period.
If you need to use record draws during holidays, please apply in advance to complete the approval process!
I want to delete my draw history.
Draw history is retained for 2 years and cannot be arbitrarily deleted.
The Draw Record is a system where members can view all their draw history on UniPicker.
It is a minimal safeguard to prove that draws were not repeated, so history deletion is not possible.
Please make sure to run sufficient test draws before conducting a record draw.
※ Test draws are not recorded in the draw history.
If you had to re-run a draw due to unavoidable circumstances, you can discard the previous draw from the 'Draw History' menu.
Please clearly state the reason for discarding the draw history.
(UniPicker Program Login > Draw History menu > Click the discard icon on the far right of the draw name)
Discard example)

I want to show the draw recording video on my draw history page.
You cannot directly upload video files on the draw history page.
To share a video, upload it to YouTube or your own website first,
then add the video URL (link).
✅ How to add a draw video link
- Log in to the UniPicker program
- Go to the Draw History menu
- Click the video settings icon next to the draw name
- Enter the video link URL and save
I'm a Draw Record corporate member. I want to change the contact person information.
Contact person information can be changed if the existing contact person has left the company or for unavoidable reasons.
However, a cooperation letter (1 copy) is required for the change.
For the letter template, please send a request email to cs@bbmobile.co.kr
or use UniPicker Program > Customer Service > 1:1 Inquiry.
Creating a Draw
How do I create a draw?
UniPicker is a software that you install and run on your PC.
First, download the program and sign up to use it.
After running the program and logging in, select "Fair Draw > Create Draw" from the left menu
and choose the appropriate type for your desired draw method.
The draw screen advances automatically. I want to show the draw result screen longer.
When setting up the draw, select "Draw Progress Settings > Draw Method" as Manual Draw
so you can manually click through the draw screens with your mouse.
I want to mask entrant personal information on the draw screen.
When setting up the draw, use the "Draw Progress Settings > ▶ Additional Settings > Privacy Protection Mark" feature to apply masking (*) to personal information.
The privacy protection mark feature applies masking (*) only to the draw progress screen and the HTML file among the result files generated after the draw.
The result Excel file and certificate retain the original entrant information as entered.
If you need privacy protection for all materials, please mask (*) the personal information in the entrant data file itself before uploading.
※ For more detailed information about the privacy protection feature, please refer to the 📃 Manual (click!).
I want to change the draw screen design. Is there a specific background image size?
You can change the draw screen design in "Draw Screen Design Settings > ▶ Additional Settings"
where you can modify text color, background image, button color, etc.
For the background image, please create it to match the monitor resolution of the PC where you will conduct the draw.
If I set the draw result disclosure to 'Public', where is it disclosed?
The draw result disclosure feature is available for Paid Draw Record members.
When you join the Draw Record, a member-exclusive draw history webpage is created,
and all record draws conducted are automatically registered on this page.
📌 Registered Information
- Draw name
- Draw date and time
- Number of entrants
- Number of winners
If you set the draw result disclosure to 'Public' and conduct the draw,
the winner list (draw result HTML file) will be additionally disclosed on the webpage.
🔎 For more details on the draw result disclosure feature, please check the 📃 Manual (click!)!
My draws have disappeared from the draw list!
1️⃣ Check if you are using the same PC where the draws were created.
Since the UniPicker program uses local storage on the PC,
draw lists will not be visible on a different PC even if you log in with the same account.
2️⃣ If you uninstalled and reinstalled the program
Uninstalling the UniPicker program also deletes the saved draw list.
If the list is not visible after reinstallation, you will need to create new draws.
I'm running a weighted draw. Does a higher weight guarantee winning?
In a weighted draw, the probability of winning increases according to each entrant's assigned weight.
While higher weights increase the probability of winning,
since the draw is conducted randomly, a higher weight does not guarantee winning.
📌 Example
Imagine a box with 10 red balls and 90 yellow balls.
The yellow balls are more likely to be drawn, but a red ball could still be randomly selected.
For more details, please check the weighted winner draw logic in the UniPicker White Paper.
Preparing Draw Data
How do I download the sample file?
After logging in to the UniPicker program, you can download it from the following path:
1️⃣ Go to "Fair Draw" > "Create Draw"
2️⃣ Select the desired draw type and proceed to the next step
3️⃣ Download the sample file on the draw settings page
📌 Path summary:
Fair Draw > Create Draw > Select Draw Type > Download Draw File Template
I downloaded the sample file and filled it in as instructed, but I keep getting errors when uploading.
1️⃣ Are you using a PC security program?
- If a security program encrypts the file, it may not be possible to upload.
- Try pausing the security program or using a PC without security software applied.
2️⃣ Are you using Hancom Office Hancel?
- If you are using Hancom Office Hancel instead of Excel, the sample file may be corrupted during download.
- Solution:
① Copy the content from row 3 (column headers such as Entrant Info, Name, etc.) to the end of your data
② Open a new blank Hancel file, paste, and save
③ Try uploading again with the newly saved file
Are there limits when registering a large number of entrants?
You can register a large number of entrants and conduct a draw with UniPicker.
However, as the number of entrants increases, loading speed may slow down or stop depending on your PC specifications.
If more than 1 million entrants are registered, smooth operation may be difficult,
so we recommend running a test draw before the actual draw.
If the draw does not run smoothly, consider splitting the entrants into separate draws.
I set it to draw 10 winners, but fewer winners were drawn!
Please check if there are duplicate values in the entrant data Excel file.
When you conduct a draw with the "no duplicate winners" option selected,
duplicates are excluded, which may result in fewer winners.
⚠️ Note
You should check for duplicate values only in the "Entrant Info" column.
When conducting a draw, duplicates are determined only by the values entered in the "Entrant Info" column.
For example, if there are people with the same name, even if other information differs,
they will be treated as duplicates if the Entrant Info column values are the same.
| Entrant Info | Name | Phone Number | |
|---|---|---|---|
| John Smith | John Smith | 010-1111-2222 | 123@email.com |
| John Smith | John Smith | 010-9999-8888 | 998@email.com |
In this case, you should rewrite the Entrant Info to include unique values,
such as Name + last 4 digits of phone number, to avoid duplicates.
Can I add more optional input fields?
Currently, optional input fields are limited to the following four:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Other
Therefore, even if you add additional information to the Excel file, it will not be reflected in the draw result files.
If you wish to include additional information for management purposes,
we recommend using the "Entrant-by-Entrant Draw Result" Excel file among the various draw result files.
This file is arranged in the same order as the entrant data file you created,
with only the draw result for each entrant appended at the end.
You can simply copy and paste that column into your original file,
making it convenient to manage both the entered information and draw results together.
I uploaded a file with optional info (phone, email, etc.) but the information is not loading.
Please check if the column headers in the top row of your Excel file are correct.
Only the following four optional input fields are recognized,
and the header names must exactly match the following:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Other
If any of the above headers are entered differently, the information may not load.
Please double-check that you are using the correct header names.
When I upload a file, I only see strange error symbols!
Please check if the file has a password set.
In some cases, files may have passwords set according to internal security policies,
which can cause errors during upload.
If no password is set, try setting all cell formats in the Excel file
to "Text" and try again.
Draw Results / Files
Where can I view the draw results?
On the PC where the draw was conducted, log in to the UniPicker program
and click the draw name in the 'Fair Draw > Draw List' menu to view the draw detail page.
On the draw detail page, you can check the draw result certificate, draw screen recording video, various result files, and more.
Where is my draw data stored?
The entrant information and draw settings used for the draw are stored only on the PC currently in use.
Since local storage is used, draw lists are not shared even if you log in with the same account on a different PC.
How long are draw data files retained?
Files saved in the draw result folder after a draw are permanently retained unless the member deletes them.
However, if you uninstall the UniPicker program, the draw list stored within the program
will be completely deleted, and only the draw history records will remain.
In which folder are draw result files saved?
After a draw, result files are saved in separate folders under My Documents > unipicker on the PC in use.
The entrant information and draw settings used for the draw are stored only on the PC currently in use.
※ In the UniPicker program, go to 'Fair Draw > Draw List', click the draw name you want to check,
then click the 'Draw Result Files' button to directly open the saved folder.
My draw data is not visible.
Are you using the same PC where the draw was conducted?
Since UniPicker stores all input data and information on the PC used for the draw,
you can only view the previous draw information by logging in on that specific PC.
My draw data was deleted. Can it be recovered?
All data used for draws and draw result files are stored only on the PC currently in use,
and are not separately stored on UniPicker servers.
Therefore, if the original files are deleted from the user's PC, recovery is not possible,
so we recommend backing up important files separately.
I want to delete draws from my draw list.
Click the draw name in the draw list to go to the detail page,
where you can delete the draw from the list using the [Delete Draw] button in the upper right corner.
Additionally, draw result files are automatically saved in the My PC > My Documents > unipicker folder.
However, if the draw was conducted as a 'record draw', the draw history is automatically saved,
and that history cannot be deleted and is retained for 2 years.
SNS Comment Box
I can't see comments in the inbox on the Meta Business Suite site.
On the Meta Business Suite site, only posts with 'new comments' added after
you created an account or completed Facebook integration will appear in the inbox.
If you want to copy comments from a specific post,
add a new comment to that post,
then refresh the page after a moment to check if it appears in the inbox.
For Instagram professional accounts, can comments only be copied through the Meta Business Suite site?
Professional accounts can also use the personal account comment copying method to organize comments.
However, if you have a large number of comments, using the Meta Business Suite site will make it easier to copy them.
Errors / Troubleshooting
I'm getting "Failed to start screen recording, cannot proceed with the draw" and the draw won't start.
The UniPicker app uses the browser's built-in recording feature.
If recording permission is denied in the Windows environment (especially on company PCs where security policies may restrict permissions),
or if media usage is unavailable, recording will not proceed.
If the same error continues to occur, we recommend using a separate screen recording program
installed on your PC instead of the UniPicker app's recording feature to record the draw screen.
The recorded video does not support timeline seeking.
The UniPicker app's self-recorded videos are in webm format with vp9 codec,
which does not support timeline navigation.
If you want timeline seeking, please play the video using a video player that supports various codecs
instead of the Windows built-in player, or convert it to mp4 format.
※ For mp4 conversion, please check the question 'The recorded video cannot be uploaded to websites.'
The recorded video cannot be uploaded to websites.
The UniPicker app's self-recorded videos are in webm format with vp9 codec,

I'm getting "Failed to save draw result Excel file, cannot complete the draw" and need to re-run the draw.
In some cases, PC security programs may block automatic directory and file creation,
preventing the draw from proceeding normally.
In this case, pause the real-time scanning of the running PC security program before conducting the draw,
or add the UniPicker app to the exception program list.
If the same error occurs even after pausing the security program,
please attach the draw materials (draw settings file, entrant file) and log files
and send them to cs@bbmobile.co.kr for assistance.
The draw screen is stuck on "Preparing draw screen."
This is most likely caused by firewall or security settings on the PC.
If you are using a company PC, please check if you have a separate firewall or security program running
and try again after disabling it.
Where can I find the log files I'm asked to attach?
In the UniPicker app's 1:1 Inquiry, there is a "Generate Log Archive" button below the content input field.
Click the button to automatically generate the log archive file.
Open the generated file's folder location and attach the archive file using the file upload feature.
※ Log file locations
- Windows: C > Users > AppData > Roaming > unipicker > logs
- Mac: Users > Library > Application Support > unipicker > logs
※ If the AppData directory is not visible on Windows, go to File Explorer menu > View > Show/Hide > check Hidden Items.
Other
Why is there a difference between PC time and server time in the seed server lookup?
If your PC's time is not synchronized with the world clock, a time difference may occur. In this case, please go to your PC's 'Date & Time Settings' menu and perform 'Clock Synchronization'.
The app does not run after installation on Mac.
