Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to set forth the details and other necessary matters concerning the use of the UniPicker Draw Record Plan, a Fair Draw platform provided by UniPicker Inc. (hereinafter the "Service Provider") to service users (hereinafter "Members").
Article 2 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)
  1. These Terms shall be posted on the Draw Record Plan registration page of the UniPicker program and on the Service website (https://www.unipicker.com).
  2. The Service Provider may change the contents of these Terms when significant grounds arise.
  3. If a Member does not agree to the amended Terms, the Member may request withdrawal. If the Member continues to use the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms, the Member shall be deemed to have agreed to the changes.
Article 3 (Provision of Service)
  1. With the Fair Draw program 'UniPicker', only 'paid Draw Record members' may conduct record draws and event draws.
  2. When using additional services such as 'draws with issuance of a unique draw certification code', 'manager agency draws', and 'public draws', you may use the draw after paying the applicable service fee.
  3. The Draw Record Plan is a policy that discloses a Member's draw history in order to prevent repeating draws until the operator's intended draw result is achieved when using 'UniPicker'.
  4. The 'General Record Plan' may be used when individuals, businesses, or organizations conduct draws on their own, and the 'Advertising/Marketing Agency Record Plan' is used when conducting draws on behalf of other businesses. The 'Real Estate and Sales Agency Record Plan' may be used when conducting real estate draws related to property sales.
  5. If a Member uses the service for a purpose other than that of their respective Record Plan, UniPicker may charge an additional usage fee or take measures such as suspending use.
  6. Members may not operate a draw-dedicated social media account using UniPicker.
  7. If a Member's draw video content is deemed to cause harm to the Service Provider, the Service Provider may suspend the Member's account.
Article 4 (Obligations of Both Parties)
  1. Members bear the following obligations.
    1. The draw history page URL and title cannot be changed after the review is completed.
    2. The contents of the draw history cannot be arbitrarily deleted or modified.
    3. When conducting a record draw, Members must prepare the entrant information and draw setting information fairly.
  2. The Service Provider bears the following obligations.
    1. It will not engage in any unfair acts in order to conduct fair draws.
    2. It provides all Members with a Draw Record Plan that allows transparent verification of draw history for fair draws.
    3. In the event of a complaint about a record draw, UniPicker may disclose the Member's draw history page.
    4. It retains draw history records for 2 years.
Article 5 (Refund Policy for Draw Record Plan Fees)
  1. Once a record draw application has been submitted and payment has been completed, the fee is non-refundable.
  2. If use of the Draw Record Plan is temporarily suspended due to a fraudulent draw, the usage fee for that month will not be refunded. Members must conduct draws with care to ensure that no fraudulent draws occur.
Article 6 (Service Level Agreement)
  1. The fault recovery standards and refund policy for the UniPicker program are as follows.
    1. In the event of a fault, the company will do its best to recover it within 24 hours.
    2. If recovery exceeds 24 hours, the user may request a refund.
    3. A refund applicant will be refunded up to one month's Record Plan fee.
  2. Refunds are not available in the following cases.
