Service Guide

UniPicker is a random draw tool that lets anyone easily run a fair draw.
Test draws for all draw types provided by UniPicker are free,
but to apply for the Draw Record or a Certified Draw for a fair draw, you can use them after paying according to the pricing policy.

UniPicker Draw Structure

UniPicker Members

Test MemberWhen you sign up, you are registered as a test member. You can test all draw features provided by UniPicker for free.

Record MemberA member who, after signing up for UniPicker, additionally applied for the 'Draw Record'. The Draw Record is a policy that discloses the drawer's draw history.
To use UniPicker's Fair Draw, you must join the Draw Record and be registered as a record member.

Draw Record

The Draw Record is a policy that discloses the drawer's draw history to prevent drawers from repeating the draw until they get the intended result.
When you join the Draw Record, a member-unique draw history page is created, and your draw history is automatically registered when a draw is completed.
Joining the Draw Record is required to use record draws and certified draws.

  • The Draw Record can be used after paying a monthly or annual fee.UniPicker > Log In > Apply for Paid Draw Record
  • Using the Draw Record, you can prevent duplicate draws from a single drawer account.
  • Record members must disclose the draw history page URL to entrants when announcing the draw results.

Draw Levels

TESTMembers who have not joined the Draw Record can use only the 'Test Draw'.
The test draw is a feature that lets you simulate the draw before the actual one. You can run the draw exactly like the real process and check the TEST result.
Fair Draw

Record Draw

Paid record members can use all draw types provided by UniPicker for unlimited record draws such as winner draws, order assignment draws, and group draws.
After the draw, the draw results—recorded draw screen video, Excel result file, draw confirmation, and more—are automatically saved to the user's PC.
The draw history is registered on the server and automatically posted on the member's draw history page.

Record members can disclose the draw history page URL to entrants to prove that they did not run the draw multiple times with dishonest intent.
By disclosing the draw date and time and the Draw Record web page to entrants in advance, you can run an even fairer draw.

Certified Draw

The Certified Draw is a paid draw service provided by UniPicker so that you can run an even fairer draw.
To prevent drawers from using multiple accounts, it issues a unique certification code, guaranteeing the draw is one of a kind across all UniPicker draws.

Members who use only the Certified Draw have their history automatically registered at draw time, even without a paid Draw Record subscription.
However, if you need a record draw or an event draw, a paid Draw Record subscription is required.

The certification code is recorded identically on the draw screen, the draw certificate, and the draw history page, and is used to confirm that they are all results of the same draw.
After a certified draw, it generates a draw certificate, a recorded draw screen video, and an Excel file of the draw results, and the draw history is registered on the member's draw history page.

Fraudulent Draw Monitoring System

UniPicker operates a 'Fraudulent Draw Monitoring System' to build a fair draw environment.
It automatically detects repeating similar draws or running draws with dishonest intent.
When the system detects a 'fraudulent draw', the Draw Record is suspended and record draws cannot be run.

※ Detected once: record draws blocked for one month

※ Detected twice or more: record draws blocked for three months

If your draw is detected as a 'fraudulent draw' despite no fraudulent intent, you can file an 'objection'.
After a UniPicker manager reviews the objection,
they may lift the Draw Record suspension or reject the objection.
